Request an invoice
We invite you to register your shipments at the Private customer's e-service, ticking Invoice for the company and providing the necessary information receive invoices via email after parcel registration.
Please carefully fill in your information, as the invoice will be issued based on the data you provide. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information.
Important: Please note that e-mails from e-service may end up in your spam folder.
If you register your shipment at a parcel machine or have not received an invoice after registering your shipment at the e-service, please fill out the Request an invoice form.
Please note that requests for the current month’s invoice are accepted until the 3rd of the following month. The invoice is usually sent by email by the 10th of the following month.
If a holiday or weekend occurs during the week of invoicing, then invoicing is extended by one business day.
