This accessibility statement is based on an accessibility audit of omnivagroup.com done by an external evaluator. Parts of omnivagroup.com portal are not accessible (listed under “Known accessibility gaps”) and Omniva is committed to fixing them to provide an accessible service for all.

Compatibility

Omnivagroup.com is designed and tested to be compatible at least with the following assistive technologies:

Chrome browser on PC with JAWS screen reader;

Chrome browser on PC with a physical keyboard;

Safari browser in iOS with VoiceOver screen reader,  

Safari browser in iOS with Voice Control voice commands,  

Safari browser in iOS with a physical keyboard;

Browser and operation system zoom and font size increase options (up to 200%).

Known accessibility gaps

Here is a list of accessibility issues we’re working to fix. We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience in the meantime!

General

On rare occasions, when zooming in, increasing text spacings or font size using browser settings, some content may become partially hidden.

The headings do not always follow a hierarchical order. Some headings are not programmatically marked as headings.

The Omniva logos are missing a text alternatives.

Some decorative images and icons are read out by screen readers as file names.

Some gray texts, e.g. input field placeholders, do not have sufficient colour contrast.

Lists are not always programmatically marked up as lists.

Download icon buttons are missing text alternatives in code so their names cannot be programmatically determined. Download links are not marked as links in code.

The pagination has arrow buttons before and after the page number buttons to move between pages. The arrow buttons are missing text alternatives.

Reports and other PDF documents that are downloadable from the website are not fully accessible. Office file formats published before 28 June 2025 do not have to follow accessibility guideline as the directive (EU) 2019/882 does not apply to them.

The locations map is not accessible for assistive technologies. Online maps do not have to follow accessibility guideline as the directive (EU) 2019/882 does not apply to them.

Menu

In mobile, it is not possible to open the menu using assistive technologies.

The desktop menu, side menu and breadcrumbs are not marked as a navigation regions.

When clicking "International business" or "Omniva IT" in the menu, user to taken to an English page with a different menu.

The current page in the menu, side menu, and breadcrumbs is visually distinguished, but screen readers don’t say that it is the current page.

The current page in the menu is not contrasted enough against the white background.

Language options may be unclear to hear with screen readers.

Links

There is no skip link which would allow to navigate directly to the main content.

It is not possible to navigate onto the news and reports links with the keyboard. The news and reports links are not read out as links by the screen readers.

Keyboard focus moves onto the links inside the news texts which results in the text becoming unreadable.

Links that open PDF documents are not marked accordingly.

Links that open in a new tab or open an external link are marked with an icon that is missing a text alternative.

There can be multiple “Read more” links on one page which are not programmatically connected to more descriptive texts.

When navigating with keyboard, the page may sometimes not scroll to the focused element.

Under contact details, LinkedIn icon links are missing text alternatives.

Modals

It is not possible to open the “Rate us” rating modal using assistive technologies.

In modals, screen readers may read out the content multiple times.

Modals have close buttons in the top right corner, but the buttons are not accessible with assistive technologies.

Screen reader’s focus may move behind an open modal.

Forms

Input fields do not always have labels.  

Required fields are also not always visually marked.

Select boxes that open a list of options are not always clear and usable with assistive technologies.

When error messages appear, they are not read out automatically by the screen readers.

Error messages may not always give sufficient instructions on how to correct the errors.

Form error messages disappear as soon as invalid fields are focused.

Footer

In the footer, “Delivering happiness” text is not contrasted enough and may be hard to read.

The headings in the footer are marked up as expandable elements in desktop although they cannot be expanded.

Some buttons that hide and show additional content are focused two times when navigating with the keyboard. When additional content is shown, it cannot always be hidden again.

 

Cookies

When the Cookie modal is opened, screen reader doesn’t focus or announce it.

On small screens and when page is zoomed in, the cookie modal may not be fully visible and cannot be scrolled into view.

In the Cookie modal, there is a back arrow icon button shown after clicking “Customize”, but the button is missing a text alternative.

In the Cookie modal, the “About” button can be expanded to show more information, but the role and current state of this link cannot be programmatically determined.

There are multiple “Show details” links which are not programmatically connected to more descriptive texts.

The role and state of the checkboxes "Necessary", "Functional", "Statistical" and "Marketing" cannot be programmatically determined.
