Extend parcel storage time
You can extend the storage time for parcels in the parcel machine for up to 4 additional days. To extend the storage time, please log into e-service. A storage fee will apply according to the parcel services pricelist. This extension can be used up to three times, allowing a maximum total extension of 12 days.
You can extend the storage time for a parcel at the post office once, if necessary, for up to 1 months.
A storage fee for holding parcels and letters weighing more than 500 grams at the post office will be applied based on a pricelist and it is paid at the post office when receiving the shipment. The fee applies from the day after the end of the deposit period as specified in the arrival note until the day the item is picked up.
After the storage period expires, we will return the parcel to the sender.
