Extend parcel storage time
You can extend the storage time for parcels in the parcel machine for up to 4 additional days at one time. To extend the storage time, please log into private customers e-service account. A storage fee will apply according to the parcel services pricelist. This extension can be used multiple times, allowing a maximum total extension of 12 days.
